1. Swing disc design, full bore for line pigging

2. Optional soft seal and metal seal. The sealing surfaces of valve seat and disc are build-up welded with hard alloy to 

improve the erosion resistance and extend the life of valve.

3. Optional welded and thread seat

4. Optional outside weight lever to prevent the disc from 

bumping the valve seat, damaging the valve or causing 

pipeline vibration due to fast closing, it can be manually 

operated to fix the opening position, so as to achieve the 

pigging objective.
